Another key element of the Pyramid approach is personalized service. Each location has specific needs that require special handling. Our VP/General Manager, along with an assigned location supervisor, will meet with you to establish the lines of communication necessary to provide the level of service you expect. Our management works closely with all location supervisors to insure strict adherence to our established policies and procedures as well as directives issued by you, your managers, officers or other designates.
